אגודת אפרת (ברשם העמותות: "אפרת - אגודה למתן ייעוץ וסיוע לנשים הרות במצוקה"; שמה הקודם: "אפרת - אגודה לעידוד הילודה בעם היהודי") היא עמותה ישראלית הפועלת לשכנע נשים יהודיות להימנע מביצוע הפלה מלאכותית. לשם כך עוסקת האגודה בהסברה ובהגשת עזרה כלכלית לנשים הרות השוקלות הפלה על רקע כלכלי. בנוסף העמותה מפעילה קו ייעוץ רפואי כדעה נוספת לשאלות לבריאות העובר ואישה. האגודה הוקמה על ידי ניצול השואה הרשל פיגנבוים במגמה לשקם את עם ישראל בעקבות השואהבאמצעות עידוד הי…

אגודת 'אפרת' היא אגודה פמיניסטית-ליברלית הדוגלת בזכות האישה על גופה. האגודה מציעה מידע מקצועי, חוות דעת רפואית נוספת, תמיכה נפשית וסיוע כלכלי לנשים הרות במצוקה, שנקלעו להיריון לא מתוכנן. אישה שנקלעה להיריון לא רצוי, נמצאת במצב שברירי ורגיש מבחינה נפשית.
